Paragon's Manufacturing Department is always looking to hire new developers! We're looking for skilled and motivated developers to support our expanding needs.

We offer task-based payment in Robux and/or USD, negotiable based on the scope and complexity. Developers also gain access to additional perks and resources throughout their tenure in the position.

Below is a list of public documents that either outline the department's operations or are maintained by the Manufacturing Department.

The Manufacturing Department structure differs from that of others within the foundation. The ranks within the Department do not directly equate to clearance levels.

The Manufacturing Department's Chain of Command is as follows:

Overseers of the Foundation. Responsible for overseeing the Foundation as a whole. The Founders have full authority over the entirety of the Manufacturing Department, anything that the Founders say in regards to the Manufacturing Department is absolute.

The Manufacturing Site Director is responsible for overseeing the leadership of the Manufacturing Department; serving as a center point for all development projects and fields. The MSiD is responsible for tracking statistics, stability, and efficiency. The MSiD is appointed by both the Council and Founders, and uses their term similar to an Administrative Site Director to determine if they are worthy of the position of Manufacturing Overseer.

The Manufacturing Overseer performs the same duties as the MSiD with the additional duties of direclty overseeing CMT and LorD, as well as the duties of a regular Councilor.

As the executive lead of the Development subsidiary within the Manufacturing Department, they are responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Site Director in overseeing tasks while also reporting on the current project statuses and progress of the Development subsidiary. The Head of Development is also tasked with communicating with Lead Developers to manage the operations of the Development subsidiary.

As leaders of development field teams, Lead Developers are personnel with extensive experience in the Manufacturing Department. They are responsible for reporting project statuses and progress to the Head of Development for their respective teams. Additionally, Lead Developers communicate with fellow team members to manage the operations of the Development subsidiary. Typically, they have worked on multiple medium to large-scale projects and are entrusted with leading teams based on their expertise.

Developers are core members of the department. They have shown that they're knowledgeable within their field and are often relied upon to complete tasks. They are also tasked with assisting department command in certain circumstances.

Junior Developers are members of the department who dedicate less time to projects or tasks or those who have recently been hired.

Ducklings of the department. Probationary Developers are finding their feet within the department, as well as being consistently reviewed by MaD Command to ensure they'll benefit the team.
