O5 Council

The O5 Council—figureheads of the Foundation—collectively oversee the operations and command structure of the Foundation and its many departments. Their knowledge surrounding the Foundation and its contained horrors make them particularly special targets; for those who even know about the Foundation's true existence, that is.

Given the success of Paragon Research Institute and desire to appease the American government, the O5 Council handles its business here, tucked away from peering eyes...

The Incumbents

O5-1, IsaMack
The Administrator
Overseer of the Ethics Committee and External Affairs

IsaMack has been on the Council since February 10th, 2023, and was the Chairman of the Council succeeding DillRestoria, before being made The Administrator upon Slxr's honorable resignation on August 9th, 2025.

He has overseen the Security Department, Internal Tribunal Department, Ethics Committee, and the Audit and Accountability Committee.

O5-4, nicolasoso2
Overseer of the Security Department

nicolasoso2 has been serving since November 2nd, 2025, and is currently in office.

He currently oversees the Security Department.

O5-6, DillRestoria
Overseer of the Mobile Task Forces

DillRestoria has been serving since May 18th, 2024, and was inducted as Chairman of the Council on November 12th, 2024. He stepped down from the position publicly on May 13, 2025.

He currently oversees the Mobile Task Forces and has previously overseen the Scientific Department.

O5-7, rengokusfury
Overseer of the Medical Department

rengokusfury has been serving since December 16, 2025, and is currently in office.

She currently oversees the Medical Department.

O5-8, FlyTrapScrap
Overseer of the Anomaly Actors

FlyTrapScrap has been serving since April 16, 2026, and is currently in office.

He currently oversees Anomaly Actors.
