The O5 Council—figureheads of the Foundation—collectively oversee the operations and command structure of the Foundation and its many departments. Their knowledge surrounding the Foundation and its contained horrors make them particularly special targets; to those who even know about the Foundation's true existence, that is.

O5-1, Sxlr
The Administrator and Founder
Slxr served from March 21st, 2022, until October 23rd, 2022, when he was promoted to The Administrator and recognized as the third Founder of the Foundation. In this role, he has complete control over all administrative aspects of the Foundation while the other founders focus on development.
O5-10, LOUIEisKitted
Overseer of the Anomaly Actors
LOUIEisKitted has been serving in the Overseer Council since January 8th, 2023, and was inducted as Chairman of the Council on June 9th, 2023, stepping down from Chairman on November 12th, 2024.
O5-11, IsaMack
Chairman of the Council
Overseer of the Internal Tribunal Department and Ethics Committee
IsaMack has been on the Council since February 10th, 2023, and is the current Chairman of the Council since May 13th, 2025.
He has overseen the Internal Tribunal Department, Ethics Committee, and the Internal Security Department, which he is responsible for reforming into the Audit and Accountability Committee alongside his High Command.

Cop1ed_Username has been serving since August 16th, 2023, and is currently in office.

Overseer of the Audit and Accountability Committee and Security Department
Gh0st_Protocol has been serving since February 10th, 2024, and is currently in office.
O5-6, DillRestoria
Overseer of the Mobile Task Forces
DillRestoria has been serving since May 18th, 2024, and was inducted as Chairman of the Council on November 12th, 2024. He stepped down from the position publicly on May 13, 2025.

Overseer of the Medical Department
ST4R_S3T has been serving since January 24th, 2025, and is currently in office.
O5-12, Bluegamerdog
Overseer of the Manufacturing Department
Bluegamerdog has been serving since February 24th, 2025, and is currently in office.
O5-13, micahalto
Overseer of the Scientific Department
Bluegamerdog has been serving since February 24th, 2025, and is currently in office.
